Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026.
These terms are between you, the Shopify store that installs AK Click and Drop Sync, and me, the developer who makes and runs it. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
What the app does
It sends your Shopify orders to your Royal Mail Click & Drop account using the API key you give it, and writes tracking back to Shopify. It is not made by, endorsed by or connected with Royal Mail Group; postage, labels, collections and deliveries are between you and Royal Mail under your own agreement with them.
Your part
You keep your Click & Drop account and API key current, check what Royal Mail charges and prints, and look at the Orders page when the app tells you an order needs you. The app lists every order it picks up, with its state, so you can see what went and what didn't.
Plans and billing
Plans are shown, billed and changed through Shopify, and charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices can change. There are no refunds.
No guarantee
I work to keep the app correct and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses (including late or missed parcels, postage costs or Royal Mail's service), and my liability for anything else is limited to what you paid for the app in the three months before the problem.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
